Data on your device

Your coin balance, bet, chosen world and streak progress are stored locally on your device. This never reaches us and never leaves your device; clearing your browser data resets it.

Collected automatically

Standard server-level data may be recorded in bulk to help us spot issues and improve Birch-eagle; it doesn't identify you.

What we don't collect

We don't require registration and don't collect your name, email, address or payment details to play. There are no accounts and no deposits.

Cookie use

We use necessary cookies only — for example, to remember your age confirmation. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no profiles. You can disable cookies on your device.

Age & children

We design Birch-eagle for adults 19 and older and do not target or knowingly collect data from minors.
